Score purchases gently used musical instruments in good, working condition only. They must be undamaged with all parts, pieces, and attachments intact. Please complete this form, and bring, fax, or email it to Score. We will contact you shortly with scheduling information to assess your instrument for purchase. For larger instruments, we will accept clear pictures showing all angles of the instrument.
